October Favorites

I am obsessed with beauty products. Skincare, makeup, hair care, perfume...you name it. I thought it would be fun to pull together a list of some of my current favorites for the month along with links on where to buy. Share in the comments some of your current favs!

(from left to right)

1. Elizabeth & James: Nirvana Rose Perfume. This literally smells like heaven. The perfect rose scent. The thing I love about Elizabeth & James perfumes are that they all have really deep scents. I've never been one to gravitate towards overly floral and fruity perfumes. This fragrance is a great mix though because it has rose notes while also still being dark. How's that for a perfume description? I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new scent. https://www.sephora.com/product/nirvana-rose-P410644

2. Urban Outfitters: Lait de Coco Perfume. I have been wearing this nonstop since my birthday. They also offer this scent in a body & hair spray or hand lotion. This scent is definitely much lighter than the Nirvana perfume but still oh so good. https://www.urbanoutfitters.com/shop/gourmand-edp-fragrance?color=010&quantity=1&size=ONE%20SIZE&type=REGULAR

3. Sunday Riley: Good Genes serum. Okay so this one was a splurge but it has completely changed my skin. I could totally notice the difference after only a few uses. My skin feels brighter & has been less prone to breakouts which is a total win. And it's a product that you don't have to use every night so it lasts a really long time. I typically only apply 1-2 times a week and I'm still on my first bottle since February. https://www.sephora.com/product/good-genes-all-in-one-lactic-acid-treatment-P309308

4. Too Faced: Hangover Setting Spray. Hangover not needed to enjoy this. This mist keeps my makeup in place all day long. I'm usually up for work by 6am and want my makeup to look fresh throughout the day. I've tried a lot of setting sprays in the past and I have to say, this is one of my favorites. https://www.sephora.com/product/hangover-3-in-1-replenishing-primer-setting-spray-P420166?icid2=products%20grid:p420166:product

5. Fresh: Sugar Lip Polish. As soon as it starts to get cold my lips completely dry out. I find myself reapplying chapstick all. day. long. Even with the constant re-hydrating, they still feel dry. So I've been using this scrub a 1-2 times a week to exfoliate my lips and I've already started to see an improvement. Once done, I make sure to put on a lip mask before bed (which I'll share in a future favorites post) which is the best combo for wintery, dry lips. https://www.sephora.com/product/sugar-lip-polish-P274001?keyword=fresh%20lip%20scrub

6. Ouai: Repair Shampoo & Conditioner. I am obsessed with the brand Ouai. All of their products are so good & innovative but this duo is currently my favorite. I only wash my hair once a week so this shampoo and conditioner set keep it feeling healthy while also getting all the product out. And the scent is amazing! https://theouai.com/products/repair-shampoo & https://theouai.com/products/repair-conditioner

7. Smith's: Rosebud Salve. Hydrates your lips like no other. Also has a pink tint so it doubles as a lip gloss. A two for one deal. I call that being frugal. https://www.sephora.com/product/rosebud-salve-in-a-tube-P266126?skuId=1267418&icid2=rosebud_perfume_co._must_haves_carousel_us:p266126
